My stay at The Dean Court was quite a mix. The location is fantastic, right next to York Minster, making it easy to explore the city. The room was clean and cozy, but I experienced some discomfort with the bed being quite hard. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, although my dining experience didn't fully meet expectations, especially with the miscommunication regarding my wife's meal. Overall, I'd rate my visit as solid, but there are aspects that could be improved.
